Round 1. Jab
The fastest and most fundamental punch, perfect for setting up attacks and keeping distance.
1️⃣ Stand in a fighting stance with your hands up.
2️⃣ Extend your lead hand straight forward while keeping your chin tucked.
3️⃣ Rotate your shoulder slightly for more reach and power.
4️⃣ Quickly retract your hand back to guard position.
Round 2. Straight
A powerful, direct punch using your dominant hand, ideal for knockouts.
1️⃣ Start from a balanced stance with hands up.
2️⃣ Push off your back foot, rotating your hips and shoulders.
3️⃣ Extend your rear hand straight toward the target.
4️⃣ Snap your hand back to guard position after impact.
Round 3. Uppercut
A close-range punch that rises from below, designed to break through an opponent’s guard.
1️⃣ Bend your knees slightly and keep your hands up.
2️⃣ Drop your rear hand and rotate your torso upwards.
3️⃣ Drive your fist upward toward the opponent’s chin.
4️⃣ Quickly reset to guard position.
Round 4. Hook
A devastating punch that comes from the side, targeting the opponent’s chin or ribs.
1️⃣ Keep your elbows bent and fists at chin level.
2️⃣ Rotate your lead/rear shoulder and pivot your front/back foot.
3️⃣ Swing your arm in a tight arc, aiming for the jaw or ribs.
4️⃣ Return to guard immediately.
Basic Punch
Round 5. Front Kick
A push kick used to control distance and disrupt an opponent’s balance.
1️⃣ Raise your knee to waist level.
2️⃣ Extend your leg straight, pushing through the ball of your foot.
3️⃣ Keep your hands up for balance.
4️⃣ Quickly retract your leg back into stance.
Round 6. Roundhouse Kick
One of the most powerful kicks, used to attack the head, body, or legs.
1️⃣ Pivot on your supporting foot and turn your hips.
2️⃣ Swing your rear/lead leg in a circular motion.
3️⃣ Strike with your shin or foot, depending on the target.
4️⃣ Recoil your leg back to stance.
Round 7. Side Kick
A strong, linear kick that generates force from the hips and can push opponents away.
1️⃣ Turn your hips sideways while lifting your knee.
2️⃣ Extend your leg straight out, striking with the heel.
3️⃣ Keep your supporting foot firmly grounded.
4️⃣ Bring your leg back and reset.
Round 8. Low Kick
A brutal kick targeting the thigh to weaken an opponent’s movement.
1️⃣ Pivot on your supporting foot and swing your rear leg.
2️⃣ Aim for the opponent’s thigh with your shin.
3️⃣ Follow through with your hip for more power.
4️⃣ Reset your stance immediately.
Basic Kick
Round 9. Blocking
Using your hands and arms to absorb or redirect strikes.
1️⃣ Keep your hands up in a tight guard.
2️⃣ Absorb punches by slightly flexing your arms.
3️⃣ Stay balanced to avoid being pushed off stance.
Round 10. Parrying
Deflecting punches to create counterattack opportunities.
1️⃣ Keep a relaxed but ready hand position.
2️⃣ Use a slight push to redirect incoming punches.
3️⃣ Move your hand just enough to misdirect the strike.
Round 11. Head Movement
Slipping and ducking to avoid punches while staying in position to counter.
1️⃣ Keep your eyes on your opponent.
2️⃣ Slightly bend your knees and shift your head off-center.
3️⃣ Roll under hooks and slip straight punches.
Round 12. Footwork
Moving efficiently to control the fight’s pace and position.
1️⃣ Stay light on your feet with knees slightly bent.
2️⃣ Move using small steps, keeping your balance.
3️⃣ Control distance by stepping in and out of range.
